From my vantage point, this looked like a really big dirt pile to me. I've always liked dirt piles. :) Mountains can be fun, but they can also get in one's way...they can be symbolic of challenges. I am grateful for the pioneers who have blazed the trail, over mountains, both physical, emotional, and spiritual, not to mention big dirt piles like this one. Because of those that have gone before, I enjoy great privileges. Thank you, and happy Pioneer Day (Utah holiday). :)
Driving last week in Fairview Canyon, Utah. It was beautiful up there...lots of lakes, deep green grass and trees, and even some leftover snowbanks. This was taken at over 9,000 feet.
