This is the view from my backyard at night. The mountain was lit by both the moon and the city lights. So far I’ve found three components of good night photography: 1) a tripod; 2) slow shutter speed (15 seconds in this case); 3) high ISO.
I've been experimenting with night photography lately, and decided that this week I'll post some of my best night shots of late. The title of today’s photo comes from Genesis 1:16, "And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night…".
