The end result of a baby maple.
I found this baby maple tree growing in the garden one day. It’s really amazing how it starts so small, but with time this would have turned into a mighty tree. I sense an analogy coming on… This truth, that “by small and simple things are great things brought to pass” (Alma 37:6) and “out of small things proceedeth that which is great” (D&C 64:33), can be used for good or ill. A good habit can produce rich rewards over a lifetime, and something as small as a thought can end up destroying a family.
