This is a view from my home, with the setting sun illuminating the mountain. Photography literally means light writing, or writing with light, and we've had lots of beautiful sunset light lately.
I'm experimenting with astrophotography and this one didn't turn out...but I made it into an abstract I liked. The 20 minute exposure you're looking at contains a combination of star trails, camera noise, and an over-exposed night sky. :)
